Lark has competed at a semi-professional level in XC skiing, road cycling, and mountain biking. His passion for fitness and teaching extends back to his early days cycling, skiing, playing tennis and running in the countryside of Western Massachusetts. His certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist allows him to train you like a professional athlete.

Infinite Fitness boot camps are intensive 60 minute small group sessions set in Nob Hill's scenic Huntington Park, and in the Banking Hall of the Bently Reserve in the financial district Combine cardiovascular endurance, core, strength exercises, and dynamic flexibility and balanceTrain smart and safely under the close eye of a personal trainer.
Schedule
Week 1&2
Increase cardiovascular endurance and perform a fitness test to establish a frame of reference for your workout routine.
Week 3&4
Agility and balance are challenged within the framework of strength and aerobic intervals.
Week 5&6
Strength training intensifies and is combined with aerobic intervals for maximum calorie burning.
Week 7
Re-test to demonstrate progress, then make a plan going forward.

The private gym at the Bently Reserve is a state-of-the-art physical training facility. Experience personal training in a climate-controlled environment with purified drinking water and towel service. Full facility men's and women's locker rooms and showers allow you to work hard and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Both the gym and the building are in the process of receiving silver LEED certification, ensuring the gentlest footprint on our environment.
